Overview
A well-structured library of BIM families is essential for maintaining consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across multi-disciplinary projects. For this project, United Service Consultants developed a comprehensive library of cross-discipline Revit families modelled to LOD 500 — the highest level of development — for use across future engineering and BIM modelling projects.
Each family was built to precise, fabrication-level accuracy and organised for easy reuse, giving the client a reliable, ready-to-use component library that supports consistency and efficiency across multiple disciplines and future projects.
